About the role

  • CRM Analyst assisting in customer relationship initiatives and CRM performance analysis for Grupo Soma. Collaborating with retail and digital commercial teams to optimize client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating customer relationship initiatives aimed at retaining the active customer base.
  • Support the creation and execution of action plans for CRM performance channels: app push notifications, email marketing, SMS, and sales representative schedules.
  • Support customer segmentation and the development of personalized customer journeys.
  • Analyze channel performance indicators by monitoring campaign metrics and performance, proposing actions for identified opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the CRM team and the retail and digital commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Experience in related functions.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Insider is a plus).
  • Knowledge of key e-commerce and CRM metrics.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with mobile apps is a plus.
