Ervaring in Customer Success, Implementatie, Consultancy of Recruitment Operations
Begrip van recruitmentprocessen (agency en/of corporate)
Analytisch sterk: je leest gedrag in data én in gesprekken
Structuurbrenger: je houdt overzicht waar anderen complexiteit zien
Communicatief sterk, zakelijk en duidelijk
Zelfstandig, maar comfortabel in een snel bewegende scale-up omgeving
