About the role

  • Sales Development Representative tasked with building relationships with distributors and promoting products in Medellín. Role requires frequent travel and strong sales skills for FMCG market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with distributors, grocery stores, minimarkets, gyms, spas, restaurants, and convenience stores.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and tastings.
  • Present and promote VitaLife products with strong value-based arguments.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; close sales opportunities and meet monthly targets.
  • Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in retail locations.
  • Participate in brand activations, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in beverage sales, FMCG sales, or distributor relationship management.
  • Proven experience with minimarkets, convenience stores, grocery chains, or distributors in Colombia.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Medellín.
  • CRM proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
