Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth.
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities.
Report directly to our Sr Director of Pricing.
Use pricing software (PROS) to drive and maintain pricing discipline.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus.
