Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of the global transfer pricing strategy
- Serve as a dedicated transfer pricing business partner for the group
- Support the preparation and maintenance of the Global Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
- Proactively monitor and assess the impact of international tax reforms
- Work closely with the ERP and FP&A team to automate TP calculations
- Develop pragmatic solutions in cooperation with FP&A and business teams
- Partner with Legal and Finance team members to draft intercompany agreements
- Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment
- Degree in economics, business, law, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Love for data and the ability to translate complex OECD guidelines into business advice
- Experience with SAP, commercetools, or specialized TP software (like Lucanet)
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong advantage for HQ coordination
