Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of the global transfer pricing strategy
Serve as a dedicated transfer pricing business partner for the group
Support the preparation and maintenance of the Global Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
Proactively monitor and assess the impact of international tax reforms
Work closely with the ERP and FP&A team to automate TP calculations
Develop pragmatic solutions in cooperation with FP&A and business teams
Partner with Legal and Finance team members to draft intercompany agreements
Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a corporate environment
Degree in economics, business, law, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Love for data and the ability to translate complex OECD guidelines into business advice
Experience with SAP, commercetools, or specialized TP software (like Lucanet)
Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a strong advantage for HQ coordination
