About the role

  • Commercial Analyst at Grupo CRM overseeing budget revisions and sales performance analytics. Key role in developing processes and ensuring financial metrics for the retail area.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the annual expense budget and its monthly revisions;
  • Monitoring store profitability;
  • Management of store discounts and bonuses;
  • Control of the area's OPEX in partnership with the Manager;
  • Analysis, interpretation and consolidation of information to create management reports that track retail KPI metrics, ensuring controls and standards for the area and supporting decision-making;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of processes and metrics to ensure presentation of the BU's commercial area results;
  • Handling requests from departments (originating from franchisees);
  • Leading and executing events, offsites, conventions and regional meetings for the entire commercial area;
  • Managing the commercial area's meeting schedules;
  • Overseeing consultants' field visits at a high level to facilitate management by the area heads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills (data consolidation, data segmentation, dashboards);
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills (ability to create executive presentations);
  • Experience in retail, retail KPIs, and sales performance.
