Responsibilities
- Develop training and enablement materials
- Monitor and evaluate development programs
- Identify training needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate in creating action plans to improve processes
- Actively participate in team alignment meetings and activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in training and team development
- Knowledge of organizational learning methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration or related fields
- Create and deliver refresher and development training for the entire sales team
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop playbooks, scripts and other sales materials
- Call monitoring
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station)
- Experience with call transcription tools and AI technologies
