About the role
- Senior Analyst conducting compliance investigations to enhance the operations of the largest health network in Brazil. Supporting leadership in handling sensitive cases and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal Compliance investigations, including high-complexity and high-sensitivity cases, from triage through monitoring and ensuring implementation of the recommended Action Plan for each investigation;
- Directly support leadership in triaging reports received through the Whistleblower Channel, contributing to proper classification and routing of cases in accordance with the defined strategy;
- Serve as a technical reference for the investigators team, supporting decision-making and the methodological conduct of investigations;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure technical quality, consistency, and alignment with investigative workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Proven, solid experience in internal investigations and Compliance;
- Experience with whistleblower/reporting channels, investigative workflows, and the analysis of sensitive cases;
- Strong critical analysis skills, systems thinking, and sound judgment in the handling of cases;
- Proactive and communicative profile, confident in handling reports and engaging with diverse stakeholders;
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands.
