About the role

  • Business Development Representative facilitating growth at Solarize Energy Solutions SaaS in Berlin. Identifying trends, building high-value pipelines, and understanding potential clients' challenges.

Responsibilities

  • You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
  • In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our potential customers, spark their interest, and qualify them.
  • In close collaboration with the CEO, Marketing and Account Executives you test new strategies.

Requirements

  • A strong will and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and to master a steep learning curve.
  • Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident presence in direct customer contact.
  • A desire to improve every day — both professionally and personally.
  • A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field.
  • Excellent German at native level (C2), both written and spoken.
  • Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or in another customer-facing role (nice-to-haves).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (nice-to-haves).
  • A basic understanding of or interest in the energy or real estate sector (nice-to-haves).
  • Good English skills (nice-to-haves).
