Responsibilities
You identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new growth opportunities.
You build a high-quality pipeline through targeted research and creative outbound strategies.
In initial conversations you understand the challenges of our potential customers, spark their interest, and qualify them.
In close collaboration with the CEO, Marketing and Account Executives you test new strategies.
Requirements
A strong will and motivation to launch a career in tech sales and to master a steep learning curve.
Strong communication skills, enjoyment of phone outreach, and a professional, confident presence in direct customer contact.

A completed degree in (technical) business administration or a comparable field.
Excellent German at native level (C2), both written and spoken.
Initial experience in outbound sales (B2B SaaS) or in another customer-facing role (nice-to-haves).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (nice-to-haves).
A basic understanding of or interest in the energy or real estate sector (nice-to-haves).
Good English skills (nice-to-haves).
