About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships in a B2B SaaS startup. Working closely with founders to improve the sales approach in the DACH market and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • You play a key role in acquiring new customers and building strong relationships
  • Qualify potential customers and generate opportunities for the deal pipeline
  • Contact decision-makers in IT departments
  • Present the product to prospective customers
  • Work closely with the founders and improve our go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in enterprise or commercial sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills with native-level German and excellent English
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience working with IT departments is preferred
