About the role

• On Demand Project Manager guiding client implementations and ensuring value from SoftExpert solutions. Monitoring project goals, quality, and enhancing client engagement during the process.

Responsibilities

• Join SoftExpert’s On Demand team and work directly on leading implementations, supporting clients in adopting our solutions and ensuring they gain maximum value from the contracted software.
• Your mission will be to guide clients to success by removing barriers, fostering engagement, and ensuring project objectives are achieved with quality, clarity, and efficiency.
• Oversee implementation projects, ensuring that the objectives agreed with the client are met;
• Ensure that deliverables meet defined quality criteria;
• Monitor the progress of activities, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement;
• Manage unforeseen issues, proposing alternatives and supporting decision-making;
• Act as the point of contact between the client and the internal teams involved (technical, functional, and business);
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders;
• Participate in follow-up meetings, status reports, and project reviews;
• Contribute to a positive client experience throughout the entire implementation journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in a Technology-related field;
• Experience or exposure to management system implementation projects;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Communication and negotiation skills to coordinate support across different areas;
• Sense of urgency and persistence to handle situations that fall outside the project scope;
• Collaborative profile, customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish;
• Courses or postgraduate studies in Project Management;
• Prior experience with the SoftExpert Suite (SE Suite) platform;
• Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple demands and clients.
