About the role

  • Marketing Intern supporting community management and social media strategies for a music startup. Engaging with new artists, developing marketing campaigns, and assisting in communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • You will support us in managing our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram
  • Content/SEO marketing: you will manage our blog, write new posts independently, and actively source exciting topics for our international community
  • You will work with us to develop new marketing campaigns and actively support planning and implementation
  • You will review new artist applications from around the world, scout new talent, give feedback, and assist with quality management
  • You will handle inquiries and requests from our community and support communication efforts

Requirements

  • Your studies: Business Administration / Media Studies / Journalism / Cultural and Communication Studies — career changers are also welcome
  • You are available for 4–6 months and need to complete a compulsory internship as part of your studies
  • First professional experience in the form of an internship in marketing/communications is a plus but not required. More important is that you love social media and track the latest trends
  • Confident writing style. If you have initial experience writing and/or producing SEO articles (e.g., student newspaper, blog), that’s a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence: you can develop ideas independently and persuade others
  • A good sense of humor and a creative mind
  • You enjoy helping our community with advice and hands-on support

Benefits

  • A young, motivated team where you take on significant responsibility from day one and can contribute your ideas
  • A subsidy toward living expenses
  • The chance to make an impact and actively contribute to growth
  • We are all passionately committed to bringing a smile to people’s faces through music
  • Varied tasks and the opportunity to try new things and grow beyond your limits
  • Our team is small and close-knit; every individual is seen and appreciated
  • Our office is in the heart of the action in Hamburg near Sternschanze — we not only have a great team but also the best office neighbors
  • Remote work possible
  • You’ll be at the source of great music and can regularly attend sofa concerts in the office, at our home, or be on the guest list for other concerts by our artists
