- Manage daily activity across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in optimizing social ads campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team
- Contribute to performance analysis using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion rate, community growth, etc.)
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and platform updates (new features, social media trends, etc.)
- Provide proactive moderation and maintain close engagement with the online community
- Help build a talent pool of UGC creators for activations or content sourcing on Instagram
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s to Master’s level) in communications or business
- Strong writing skills and a good sense of storytelling
- Artistic sensitivity, creativity, attention to detail and high quality standards for content
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (photo and video)
- Ability to analyze KPIs
- Curiosity and strong interest in digital platforms
