Responsibilities
Reporting to the Export Department, you will be responsible for the commercial development and overall performance of your territory.
Implement the commercial strategy across Central and Eastern Europe
Identify, prospect and open new markets and partnerships
Develop a network of distributors and strategic accounts
Negotiate commercial agreements in line with our brand standards
Manage and support local distributors
Ensure compliance with brand, training and image standards
Manage local regulatory requirements
Analyze sales, margins, forecasts and action plans
Monitor your sales, margins and budgets with full autonomy
Prepare concise and reliable reports for management
Proactively propose initiatives to drive growth and optimization
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Essential experience in cosmetics, ideally in professional or selective (prestige) channels
Good knowledge of luxury codes and upscale hotel industry
Strong experience managing international distributors
Excellent knowledge of the regulatory and logistical requirements for the region
Excellent negotiation and business development skills
Proactive "hunter" profile, autonomous, results-driven and focused on market expansion
Good financial analysis skills (revenue, margins, profitability)
Fluent English required; an additional European language is a strong asset
