About the role

  • Responsible for managing HR activities and payroll processes at Crous Orléans Tours in France for around 500 staff. Leading a team and enhancing compensation and social provisions in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and ensure the quality of personnel management operations
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Support the team's skills development as its activities diversify and expand
  • Coordinate the implementation of recruitments at their finalization stage
  • Provide specific monitoring of particular administrative statuses such as secondment and leave of absence
  • Coordinate operations related to the administrative management of staff files
  • Develop and ensure compliance with the payroll schedule
  • Guarantee cross-check controls of payroll calculations
  • Structure and support the implementation of management and data-entry procedures in the HRIS (SIRH)

Requirements

  • Experience with the RenoiRH software is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of public sector regulations
  • Strong knowledge of the regulations governing payroll settlement for civil servants and contractual employees
  • Proficiency in running queries and analyzing data
