Responsibilities
Structure and ensure the quality of personnel management operations
Ensure accurate payroll processing
Support the team's skills development as its activities diversify and expand
Coordinate the implementation of recruitments at their finalization stage
Provide specific monitoring of particular administrative statuses such as secondment and leave of absence
Coordinate operations related to the administrative management of staff files
Develop and ensure compliance with the payroll schedule
Guarantee cross-check controls of payroll calculations
Structure and support the implementation of management and data-entry procedures in the HRIS (SIRH)
Requirements
Experience with the RenoiRH software is desirable
Strong knowledge of public sector regulations
Strong knowledge of the regulations governing payroll settlement for civil servants and contractual employees
Proficiency in running queries and analyzing data
