About the role

  • Head of FMAX Distribution at Fidelity leading advisor sales strategy. Focusing on client growth and platform expansion through leadership in integrated sales and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive advisor adoption, client growth, and platform expansion through strategic planning, performance oversight, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Represent FMAX at advisor conferences and industry events, articulating Fidelity’s managed solutions strategy and value proposition.
  • Manage client-level P&L, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis to inform growth decisions.
  • Foster talent development, ensuring operational excellence, promoting Fidelity’s managed solutions and internal referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree a plus
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required (pass within 90 days)
  • 15+ years of financial services experience
  • Willingness to travel 60% Nationally
