About the role
- Pflegefachkraft providing 1:1 intensive care for tracheostomy patients in Hamburg. Aiming to foster independence in long-term ventilated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Versatile duties ranging from basic and medical care to comprehensive support for ventilated, tracheostomized patients.
- Assistance and support with activities of daily living.
- Communication with patients and their relatives.
Requirements
- At least a three-year qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau) (m/f/d)
- Geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Nurse (male/female) (m/f/d)
- Specialist qualification in out-of-hospital ventilation
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
