About the role

• AVP managing PayPal Co-Brand marketing initiatives at Synchrony. Focusing on growth commitments and customer engagement across digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Flawless execution of PayPal Co-Brand programs, following all processes and meeting all requirements of the business
• Partner with the client and co-brand marketing team on growth initiatives to meet or exceed portfolio goals
• Develop and execute programs to drive new accounts, sales and loyalty through the entire customer lifecycle
• Manage cardholder communications across a variety of digital and offline channels, throughout the customer journey
• Develop product lifecycle strategies and partner with cross functional teams to deliver on initiatives to influence and change cardholder behavior
• Work with internal, client and external resources to manage development of digital assets, research plans, product prototypes, and marketing collateral
• Manage marketing budget tracking, invoice processing & monthly reconciliation for specific marketing programs and special initiatives
• Participate in the development of marketing plans, including the annual growth plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a high school equivalent plus 9+ years of marketing experience within the credit card or financial services industry
• 5+ years of marketing and/or retail client portfolio experience
• Good understanding of credit, payments, and digital marketing
• Willingness to travel 25%
