Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or retail-related experience – combination of sales and marketing in pharmaceuticals or related industries.
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed product performance objectives.
- Demonstrated success working in matrix environment, leading through influence and orchestrated customer interactions across multiple teams in different organizational structures.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and formulate stakeholder business plans.
- Demonstrated experience in executing and overseeing highly complex programs and projects.
- Excellent communication skills to explain public health argument and clinical value proposition of Pfizer Retail Pharmacy products to target customers.
