  • supporting end-to-end validation activities, including designing studies, building research in various platforms, and coordinating participant recruitment
  • collaborating successfully with business partners, product owners, designers, and analytics partners
  • experience working in digital marketing, personalization, or lead-generation environments
  • proficiency in tools like Figma
  • a degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, or a related field
