Lead end-to-end user research and market intelligence. Build research systems and translate insights into actionable product and design recommendations.
Responsibilities
End-to-end User Research: define, plan, and execute mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to influence design and product decisions.
Market Intelligence: look beyond our current walls. You will lead research on non-users and younger demographics to understand barriers to entry and why certain segments haven’t subscribed yet.
Translate data into actionable recommendations. You won’t just report findings; you’ll work with product managers and designers to implement iterations based on test results.
Act as the ultimate advocate for a user-centered approach, ensuring the 'voice of the user' is present in every meeting.
Define and own the research strategy. You will set the standards and processes for how we conduct research at global scale.
Create and manage a global research repository. We want to ensure insights aren’t lost in Slack but are structured, reusable, and searchable.
Own our research ecosystem (sourcing, unmoderated testing, surveys, reviews) and create the templates and playbooks that enable others.
Requirements
You have 6+ years of experience in user research, ideally in high-growth B2C or B2B2C environments serving millions of users.
You are equally comfortable conducting in-depth interviews as analyzing survey metrics or usage data. You know how to marry the 'what' (data) with the 'why' (research).
You have led cross-functional research initiatives. You don’t just use tools; you build systems.
You are a self-starter able to define your own roadmap, prioritize high-impact projects, and run end-to-end initiatives without close supervision.
You can lead and influence stakeholders without direct authority. You are a synthesis expert: turning 'it’s complicated' into 'here’s what we do next.'
You are able to work in French and English, capable of conducting research and presenting to international stakeholders in both languages.
