  • Drive research at innovation and ideation stages for new concepts and features
  • Design and run high-quality research studies across the customer journey
  • Coach designers to improve usability testing and user insights integration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in User Research or an adjacent field
  • Extensive experience leading qualitative and quantitative research studies end-to-end
  • Solid experience designing and executing research to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Experience coaching non-researchers to conduct research
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Balance of technical research skills, business acumen, stakeholder management
