Responsibilities
Partner with HR to drive development and implementation of all Enterprise and Wealth Executive Talent Strategies
Drive and facilitate targeted actions based on talent insights
Develop and drive talent planning efforts to create deeper talent pools
Facilitate Talent Brokering for L3 and L4 open roles in partnership with Talent Partners, Line HR and Peer BU Talent Leads
Execute the 'telling of our T&L story' to stakeholders
Lead T&L Connections Committee
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
Experience working in large, complex organizations
