About the role

  • Director of Executive Talent Management facilitating leadership strategy for Fidelity Wealth. Partnering with HR to implement comprehensive talent and development initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR to drive development and implementation of all Enterprise and Wealth Executive Talent Strategies
  • Drive and facilitate targeted actions based on talent insights
  • Develop and drive talent planning efforts to create deeper talent pools
  • Facilitate Talent Brokering for L3 and L4 open roles in partnership with Talent Partners, Line HR and Peer BU Talent Leads
  • Execute the 'telling of our T&L story' to stakeholders
  • Lead T&L Connections Committee

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive Talent experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, organizational design, learning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations
