Business Development Representative managing outbound GTM strategies for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts. Utilizing AI tools and collaborating with sales, product, and founders for deal progression.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end outbound GTM for target accounts (Enterprise & Mid-Market)
Design and execute high-quality outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, and video
Research accounts deeply - tech stack, org structure, AI maturity, buying signals
Use AI tools daily for:
Prospect research & personalisation
Writing high-intent outbound sequences
Call summaries, insights, and follow-ups
Run sharp qualification calls (pain, urgency, budget, ownership)
Book high-quality discovery calls and support deal progression
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Founders to refine ICP and messaging
Continuously experiment with new GTM motions, tools, and channels
Requirements
2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech outbound
Comfortable selling technical / AI / developer-adjacent products
Strong written & verbal communication — concise, confident, and curious
You think in systems, not scripts
Data-driven, but not robotic
