About the role

  • Professional for IT administrative support at Gonube, managing suppliers and assisting in contracts at São Paulo. Responsible for the organization and monitoring of administrative routines.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT administrative routines, ensuring organization and control of activities;
  • Open and follow up on internal tickets (access, requests and operational demands);
  • Manage and track supplier payments, including invoicing and approvals;
  • Assist in contract management and document organization;
  • Update and maintain financial and operational spreadsheets;
  • Interface with internal departments (Finance, HR, Payroll and leadership);
  • Support in tracking work hours, overtime and team vacation schedules;
  • Organize day-to-day requests, such as equipment requests and general administrative support;
  • Assist leadership with operational activities and, at times, represent them for internal matters;
  • Prepare reports and monitor department KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience with administrative routines
  • Intermediate Excel (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple requests/priorities
  • Good communication skills and collaborative attitude
  • Proactive and responsible profile
  • Experience with administrative routines in IT departments (plus)
  • Knowledge of Jira (not required)
