Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring People & Management processes related to Personnel Administration, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation, the efficient flow of internal routines, and providing support to all employees across the organization.
  • Guide the processes of hiring/onboarding, vacation management, leaves of absence, and terminations through the area’s systems and subsystems.
  • Ensure payroll processes (salary advances, salary payments, and their related impacts) are processed correctly in accordance with legislation and legal deadlines, following internal approval workflows.
  • Report payroll processing information to Accounting/Finance via supporting reports extracted from the HR systems.
  • Implement workflows, forms, policies, rules and procedures for Personnel Administration activities.
  • Manage vendors (ERP and Occupational Health providers), identify improvement needs and lead related projects.
  • Monitor the closure of internal and external audits, establishing action plans and executing processes according to established standards.
  • Ensure delivery of annual labor/legal filings (RAIS, DIRF and other legally required submissions).
  • Prepare and maintain the area’s performance indicators.
  • Ensure maintenance and compliance of eSocial (DCTFWEB, FGTS Digital, Income Tax and non-periodic submissions).
  • Preserve and control sensitive HR data through best practices and internal policies.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data processed in the payroll system through controls, evidence and validations required by audits and reviewed annually.
  • Develop and review effective validation and reconciliation methods whenever necessary, adapting to internal and external scenarios.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
