About the role

  • Transformation Manager facilitating implementation of healthcare technology across Northern Ireland. Collaborating with primary care partners to improve patient referral processes and support launch activities.

Responsibilities

  • Project managing the implementation of our service with primary care partners in Northern Ireland;
  • Being the face of Skin Analytics to partners and making sure their needs are met;
  • Supporting with training and troubleshooting
  • Supporting with hardware and testing
  • Supporting with system configuration and user support
  • Supporting post-launch to optimise ways of working and use of the technology
  • Understanding the region and the partners we are working with and flexibility to meet their needs in order to rapidly launch the services
  • Confident in training and supporting partners and in escalating issues to Line Management
  • Confident to support our Partners to troubleshoot with standard implementation activities including basic IT requirements and hardware management
  • Collaborating with other teams in Skin Analytics to provide partners with the best possible experience
  • Providing feedback to help shape strategic conversations to ensure mobilisation is aligned to Partners needs, identifying areas for potential improvement
  • Successfully enabling access to this service to all registered patients in NI and through every practice

Requirements

  • **Non-negotiable:**
  • 3+ years’ experience in change management, project management, consulting, account management, or software implementation in a healthcare setting;
  • Experience training services users and being in a customer facing role
  • Experience of primary care in Northern Ireland
  • Experience implementing change and managing varied stakeholders (from C suite to administrative teams) and communications;
  • A driving licence is essential
