About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring client retention and revenue growth for Bestbarbers. Managing onboarding, follow-ups, and upsell opportunities in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of active customers with a focus on retention and growth
  • Conduct structured onboarding to ensure rapid activation of the platform
  • Perform regular follow-ups and strategic checkpoints with clients
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
  • Drive feature adoption and continuous value generation
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a Support role at SaaS companies
  • Experience working with B2B clients and SMEs
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and user behavior
  • Minimum education: High school diploma
  • Experience with management SaaS, ERP, or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Ploomes and/or ClickUp)
  • Experience with retention strategies and revenue expansion
  • Experience in the barbershop, beauty/esthetic, or local services sectors
