Responsibilities
Ayudar a los clientes en el uso de Skello respondiendo a sus preguntas y encontrando soluciones a sus problemas laborales con la ayuda del software.
Asegurar el soporte escrito y telefónico para las solicitudes de nuestros clientes.
Acompañar el crecimiento de Skello teniendo un impacto positivo en la retención y adhesión de clientes.
Comunicarse constantemente con los miembros del equipo de atención al cliente para analizar y mejorar el rendimiento del equipo.
Contribuir al desarrollo del equipo participando en la formación de nuevos reclutas.
Requirements
Tener una experiencia exitosa en soporte al cliente en una empresa en crecimiento de al menos 1 año.
Saber resolver los problemas
Sentirse cómodo con la tecnología y el software.
Conocimiento de herramientas de chat (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
Hablar y escribir en español con fluidez.
Hablar portugués se valorará positivamente.
