About the role

  • Product Support Specialist providing clinical support and training on robotic arm applications for surgeons. Delivering equipment guidance and building relationships in surgical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and Clinical/Technical support for robotic arm applications
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software
  • Report case reviews and service metrics to management and regulatory department
  • Actively sell clinical benefits and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase product utilization and case volume

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related technical field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales and/or technical environment (medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to apply office technology (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word)
