About the role

  • Provide Tier 2 support for customers, troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in SaaS supply chain applications. Collaborate with engineering teams for software enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to our customers by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting data & application issues and resolving incidents.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve software bugs and data inconsistencies.
  • Provide high-level support to customers regarding data-related inquiries and supply chain application issues.
  • Monitor automated master pipeline, inbound/outbound data feeds, job queue management, and customer files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data support, with a strong background in SaaS supply chain applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.
  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and software.
