About the role

  • Werkstudent*in supporting a range of administrative tasks at co2online, a climate protection organization. Engaging with diverse responsibilities across IT, HR, finance, and event organization.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide support with general office tasks (handling the phone switchboard, purchasing, shipping, filing, etc.)
  • At times you will be heavily involved in organizing events and scheduling appointments
  • You will assist in HR and finance (digitizing & filing documents, creating overviews & reports, obtaining signatures, etc.)
  • You will take on independent sub-projects from research through implementation across all areas of the unit
  • You will handle research tasks and the preparation of PowerPoint slides or Excel spreadsheets
  • You will manage laptops and accessories
  • You will investigate error messages where necessary and thereby support IT support

Requirements

  • You are enrolled for several more semesters and your studies ideally have relevant links to our work
  • You have German language skills at least at C1 level
  • You are interested in organizational and commercial/administrative challenges
  • You enjoy solving problems and are comfortable digging into new topics
  • You are confident with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are communicative, reliable, and work in a structured and independent way
  • Enthusiasm for environmental and energy topics is a plus
