About the role

  • Scheduler/Administrator managing appointments for Audiology Home Visits team at Specsavers. Involves administration tasks, scheduling and liaising with external parties in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Home Visits appointments for our Audiologist team
  • Answering phone calls, updating customer files and other admin duties
  • Liaising with external parties as part of the role
  • Supporting taking some calls for our Optics Home Visits service on occasion

Requirements

  • Previous appointment setting or scheduling and administration experience is essential
  • Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are desired
  • Previous or current Optics experience will be very welcomed
