Responsibilities
You manage and develop strategic key accounts in the mid-market and enterprise segments, building long-term, stable customer relationships.
You conduct regular strategic reviews at C-level and position yourself as a trusted point of contact.
You analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions in the areas of Data Center, Cloud and Managed Services.
You proactively leverage cross- and upselling opportunities across our entire solution portfolio, from colocation and housing to managed network and security, as well as backup/DRaaS and private and hybrid cloud.
You manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations and successful closing.
You work closely with technical experts, product management and operations teams to ensure successful service implementation.
You continuously monitor market and competitive developments and identify new business opportunities.
You are responsible for forecasting and reporting and maintain regular communication with executive management.
Requirements
You have a successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in IT solutions or managed services sales, ideally in the data center environment.
You have solid knowledge in at least two relevant areas such as colocation, cloud architectures, networking, cybersecurity, IT operations or SLAs/OLAs.
You present yourself confidently and persuasively at management and decision-maker level up to C-level.
You demonstrate strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
You have a customer-oriented, strategic and structured way of working, enjoy client meetings and are willing to travel as required.
