Responsibilities
Leading daily site engineering activities to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
Managing and mentoring Site Engineers
Preparing contract documentation and ensuring approvals are in place prior to mobilisation
Maintaining accurate site records, ITPs, redline drawings and quality submissions
Supporting the Construction and Commercial Teams with progress reporting, forecasts and cost data
Ensuring risks, actions and project deliverables are tracked, closed out and continuously improved
Producing 3 Week Look Ahead programmes and working closely with planning teams
Driving best practice across Safety, Quality and Sustainability
Collaborating with preconstruction, design, plant, commercial and operations teams to deliver efficiently and effectively
Requirements
Working towards or holding a professional qualification (MICE, MIStructE)
Valid CSCS and SMSTS
First Aid certification (desirable)
Engineering degree or equivalent (desirable)
Strong experience in piling, ground engineering, marine construction and temporary works
Proven experience working within NEC contract environments
Confident people manager with the ability to mentor and develop engineering staff
Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
Ability to solve problems, advise senior management, and drive performance
Proficiency with MS Office and MS Projects (CAD desirable)
