About the role

Responsibilities
- Help design and improve mechanical drivetrain systems and related components.
- Support new product development and ongoing product updates.
- Help plan and develop drivetrain system designs.
- Create and update mechanical designs using CAD tools.
- Analyze components such as gears, shafts, and bearings to ensure they meet performance needs.
- Support testing and review results to improve designs.
- Work with other teams such as manufacturing, quality, service, and purchasing.
- Document your work clearly for team use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of mechanical design experience.
- CAD and 3D modeling skills.
- Basic understanding of GD&T.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Occasional travel with overnight stays (0–5%).
- Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
