Responsibilities
Help design and improve mechanical drivetrain systems and related components.
Support new product development and ongoing product updates.
Help plan and develop drivetrain system designs.
Create and update mechanical designs using CAD tools.
Analyze components such as gears, shafts, and bearings to ensure they meet performance needs.
Support testing and review results to improve designs.
Work with other teams such as manufacturing, quality, service, and purchasing.
Document your work clearly for team use.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
2+ years of mechanical design experience.
CAD and 3D modeling skills.
Basic understanding of GD&T.
Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
Occasional travel with overnight stays (0–5%).
Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
