About the role
- Configuration and Completions Manager ensuring accurate documentation throughout the nuclear lifecycle with Dalkia's new nuclear projects. Overseeing configuration processes and engaging with key stakeholders in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the 'Golden Thread' of information for project requirements throughout the nuclear lifecycle
- Execute an Overarching Configuration Management Plan tailored to specific programme needs
- Establish a Configuration Management framework ensuring accurate documentation
- Engage with programme stakeholders to ensure CM requirements are clearly understood
- Participate in Engineering Data Management to define CM requirements
- Mentor Configuration and Completions Engineer(s) for consistency in CM practice
- Manage Handover Certificates and oversee the handover process for systems
- Maintain detailed records of room readiness and inspection outcomes
- Facilitate regular walkthroughs and snagging inspections with stakeholders
- Coordinate field walk through and verify systems completeness
Requirements
- HND or relevant experience, in depth knowledge of ISO 10007:2017, SAE EIA 649 and supporting guidance
- Use of product lifecycle management tools
- Demonstrable experience of performance management of completions and configuration on large complex, regulated projects
- BPSS security clearance
- Prior experience of working on Nuclear New Build Projects
- Demonstrable capability of coordinating technical topics, configuration and completions management procedures
- Understanding of HSSE procedures, engineering standards and client requirements for deliverables
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
