- Work closely with programme and communication teams to deliver a clear, aligned, organisation-wide change and communication plan.
- Ensure strong post-implementation support plans are in place.
- Help the programme stay flexible, adaptable and responsive to emerging needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change in large, complex organisations.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex transformation activities.
- Confidence in designing effective training materials and learning pathways.
- Excellent presentation-building and storytelling skills.
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, dental or similar clinical environments.
- Experience working in multi-site or distributed organisations.
