Fleet Administrator assisting fleet management for a construction group's 400 vehicles. Managing daily operations, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
Assisting the fleet manager in the day to day running of all vehicles
Manage and co-ordinate fleet requirements for all operating areas
Liaison with leasing companies, dealerships, and vehicle manufacturers
Arrange new vehicle quotations
Monitoring and re-writing of mileage contracts
Disposal of vehicles at the end of contract
Arrange hire and demonstration vehicles
On the road driver assessments (training to be provided)
Co-ordinate and manage fleet-related insurance claims
Administration of monthly business mileage claims
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental policies
Requirements
Highly organised and detail-oriented individual
Strong administrative skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately
Confident and professional communicator
Comfortable handling enquiries over the phone and via email
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Effective team player who meets deadlines
Some fleet experience is preferred for this role
