About the role
- Program Control Analyst managing financial tracking and reporting for government contracts. Collaborating with teams to support decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Building and updating program budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Maintaining accurate data in ERP systems (Unanet/Deltek), budgets, actuals, charge codes, and more
- Generating monthly financial reports (CFSRs, MSRs, etc.) for program and leadership reviews
- Reconciling subcontractor invoices, timesheets, and funding levels
- Supporting proposal pricing efforts by developing draft cost models and estimates
- Analyzing program variances and helping prepare monthly review presentations
- Assisting with compliance deliverables such as indirect rate reporting, incurred cost submissions, and audit prep
Requirements
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in government contracting, program control, FP&A, or financial analysis
- Familiarity with CPFF, FFP, T&M, and IDIQ contract types
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience using Unanet, Deltek, or similar ERP tools
