Act as the central point of coordination across all departments

Facilitate decision-making
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and blockers across the business
Drive improvements in workflows, communication, and execution
Introduce structure where needed without overcomplicating processes
Ensure the business operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Act as a thought partner to the Owner on operational and business topics
Provide visibility on risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
Help prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
Collaborate closely with Payments to strengthen processes, reliability, and performance
Support ongoing improvements in payment flows, providers, and operational setup
Lead the rollout of Return-to-Office strategy (locations, structure, guidelines)
Drive cross-functional operational projects as required by leadership
