Responsibilities
Designing, delivering and maintaining the Conduct, Training and Competence and Consumer Duty plans.
Promoting and maintaining a culture of compliance, putting clients first.
Implementing and delivering a Training and Competency structure.
Providing training needs analysis and recommendations to Regional Directors.
Ensuring consistent adherence to processes and practices through the organisation and management of the training and competency plan.
Maintaining own technical competence with in-depth knowledge of all relevant products, market trends and underwriting guidelines.

Chartered Insurance Institute or an equivalent industry recognised qualification.
Previous experience within the UK Insurance industry.
