  • Analista de Retail estrategic and operational role in e-commerce sales management, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, and daily performance metrics
  • Monitor ABC curve, stock turnover, and product shelf life
  • Identify top- and low-performing products and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Track campaign, advertising, and promotion results
  • Support pricing strategy by monitoring market and competitors
  • Analyze ad performance, images, copy, and keywords
  • Support product launches, advertising, and visibility strategies
  • Develop management reports to support decision-making
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking
  • Maintain regular interface with marketing, commercial, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Retail Analyst or in related areas
  • Experience with Amazon
  • Advanced Excel skills (analysis, reporting, controls)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Knowledge of sales, inventory, and performance KPIs
  • Analytical, organized, and strategic mindset
  • Experience in both operational and strategic retail environments
  • Experience with Mercado Libre and Shopee (plus)
  • BI knowledge (Tableau or similar) (plus)
  • Experience analyzing ads and digital channel performance (plus)
  • Experience in online retail and direct-to-consumer (plus)
