About the role

• Analista de Negociação de Contratos at Scanntech Brasil supporting contractual negotiations and team collaborations across departments for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support contract negotiations, ensuring organized tracking and documentation of information.
• Coordinate alignments with internal areas (sales, pricing, CBG and other partner teams).
• Collect, organize and consolidate contractual information.
• Map contractual allocation and assist in breaking down contract line items.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Create, update and monitor records in the system (Odoo).
• Upload quotes and negotiation details into the system within established deadlines.
• Manage a high volume of contracts, ensuring control, quality and reliability of information.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and in monitoring key indicators.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and reduction of rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or related fields.
• Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, spreadsheet organization and control).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable working with operational systems and tools (differential: Odoo).
• Previous experience in dynamic environments performing administrative, commercial or contract-related routines.
• Experience organizing data, meeting deadlines and collaborating across departments.
