Responsibilities
Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;
Bank reconciliation;
Issuing invoices;
Cash flow control and monitoring;
Accounting transactions with daily postings and maintaining the company’s ERP system;
Conducting active collections for delinquent clients;
Structuring and organizing document files, including service provider and commercial contracts;
Requirements
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields;
Strong communication, commitment and teamwork skills;
Experience with income statement (P&L) and balance sheet reports;
Experience working in an S.A. (corporation/publicly traded company);
