Responsibilities
Serve as the owner of our brand voice and narrative integrity.
Reporting to the Manager of Content & Messaging, be the master storyteller responsible for defining, developing, and deploying a cohesive voice across all consumer touch points while mentoring our internal and external copywriting team.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior or lead copywriting and copyediting role, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional brand storytelling and diverse content formats.
Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and govern a complex brand voice and style guide for a rapidly scaling organization.
Experience managing, mentoring, or providing deep editorial oversight to both in-house staff and external freelance copywriters.
Strong history of successful collaboration with art directors, designers, and creative leads to build integrated visual and verbal assets.
Ability to synthesize complex business and product information (especially in FinTech/Insurance) into clear, emotionally resonant, and persuasive consumer copy.
Impeccable grammar, spelling, and meticulous attention to detail required to maintain high editorial standards.
