Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to Comp Admin expert for Global Compensation Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and external vendors for efficient compensation operations
  • Deliver insights by completing compensation and benefits surveys, building dashboards, and conducting analyses
  • Support global initiatives like annual compensation cycle and rewards planning
  • Assist with audits, maintain data integrity, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Handle transactional tasks and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation
  • Explore Workday capabilities to design and implement future compensation programs
  • Monitor market trends to evolve compensation practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation Administration
  • Proficiency in HR tech (Workday and ServiceNow)
  • Experience with compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon/Radford)
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages as a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global, and matrixed environment
