About the role

  • Account Manager handling client communications and strategies for TikTok Shop. Collaborating with teams to deliver insights and optimize campaign performance at OverCast Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day interactions with assigned clients, ensuring timely responses and fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly cadence calls with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on account performance.
  • Prepare weekly client decks, including performance metrics, insights, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Drive Affiliate Management - implementing strategy, affiliate outreach and communicating with affiliates to ensure they are well informed on the brief, the campaign and any requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of client strategies, including affiliate management, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to optimize results.
  • Partner with the creative, and operations teams to execute client projects seamlessly.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for client accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends.
