Responsibilities

Requirements
1-2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends.
