About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager leading strategic partner development for an impact-driven startup in sustainable mobility solutions. Focus on market expansion, partner engagement, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identification and prioritization of new market segments, development of new go-to-market strategies, and building a qualified pipeline
  • Strategic Sales: Approaching and acquiring new partners, developing compelling business cases, and identifying and engaging decision-makers
  • Securing & Growing Existing Business: Reducing churn, identifying risks, and further developing contract models and revenue logic

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partner sales
  • Experience in building out new market segments
  • Proven ability to build and manage structured pipelines
  • Strong understanding of complex decision-making processes
  • Ability to develop and present clear commercial/economic arguments
  • Self-driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Structured, focused, and persistent working style
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Experience in mobility, PropTech, neighborhood/district development, or the housing/residential real estate sector
