About the role

  • Sales representative organizing product placements in grocery stores across Neubrandenburg. Responsibilities include staff training, quality control, and client communication.

  • Organizing product placement and merchandising according to client guidelines
  • Hiring new staff
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with staff, customers, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training

  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills
  • Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership preferred
